Booka Shade (10 years at the Prince Bandroom)

For 10 years we have been working with Booka Shade and we will happily sign on for the next 10

Whenever these guys get announced the phones go nuts for guest spots and all the hands go up to work. We have looked after them at the prince for over a decade now and also snuck in a whirlwind Australian tour just for good measure.
We look forward to the new album and hope to have them back on our stage very soon.

APRIL 2017

As dedicated fans of the grape juice, Eventcraft were fortunate to spend an afternoon with the World's Best Sommeliers for an evening showcasing Australia's best wine held at St Kilda's Stokehouse.

Hosted by Wine Australia our challenge for the Welcome to Victoria Lunch was to fit seven roving radio microphones in the restaurant - always interesting!  Products used for the event included Sennheiser mics and Digico SD11.

MARCH 2017

It's the (second) race that stops our nation.

Formula 1 kicked off their campaign with a racing legends Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat and watch manufacturer Casio. Sainz and Kvya took part in an against-the-clock challenge involving a paddle board.

The event involved the launch of the new EDIFICE Scuderia Toro Rosso watch, held at Stokehouse's, Pontoon (see below).

We had the hard task of fitting out the media launch with multiple screens and outpouts for cameria audio feeds. On the day we used Digico SD11, Sennheiser and D&B, with screens from Diverse AV.

Read more on the race and how it went down, here.

MARCH 2017

Earlier this one, Eventcraft assisted with the production of a private AFL Farewell Dinner at St Kilda's Stokehouse (upstairs)/

Our challenge for the event was latency on the TV input, which meant running 70ms delay on audio feed for them to regain sync. The job requiered 60" plasma TVs from Diverse AV, Sennheiser mics, Digico SD11, Roland video mixer and a Double Mac mini media server.

MARCH 2017

The Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival (VAMFF) was back at the Royal Exhibition Building and Melbourne Museum in Carlton, celebrating fashion, arts, ideas and creative endeavour for Melbournians to enjoy.

Eventcraft was fortunate to get amongst the action, working with Tomorrowland Events to promote the launch of Next Australia

The runway show for the new season collection used P5 outdoor LED screen, assisted by Phaseshift Productions. With very short lead time from first contact to the event, the screens shone and looked fantastic on the runway, lead by Melbourne's very own, Rebecca Judd.
